Now’s your chance to prove it! Australia’s Best Burger Awards & Competition is the ultimate showdown for burger artisans, bringing together the country’s top chefs and burger masters to battle it out for the crown.
Hosted in front of an audience of industry insiders and media, this is your opportunity to showcase your skills, gain national recognition, put your burger joint on the map – and take home up to $6k in prize money.
Who can enter?
If you own or work in a burger shop, restaurant, café, pub, hotel or food truck and believe your burger deserves the spotlight, we want to see what you’ve got! Whether you specialise in classic beef, gourmet wagyu, plant-based, or a signature secret sauce that keeps customers coming back for more – this is your chance to shine.

How it works
Step 1: Online Submission
Submit your signature burger (the one you’re known for). Include the recipe, method, and a photo that shows it off in all its glory.
Step 2: Selection
A shortlist of 26 finalised will be announced in early May.
Step 3: Cook-Off
Finalists cook and present their burgers to the judges at the Show.
